Job Summary
We seek an experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer to support our US Coast Guard program, working in a fully remote environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to optimize IT service delivery and management.
- Contribute recommendations for implementing effective service management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Create actionable insights using ServiceNow queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to align with business objectives.
- Maintain and update ServiceNow applications, ensuring robust security and workflow configurations.
- Build custom applications and a service portal tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert advice and support as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
A bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
Essential Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
- At least 6+ years of ServiceNow developer experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
- Experience with REST and SOAP services.
- Understanding of ITIL principles.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and a certified system administrator designation.
Security Clearance Requirement: A valid Secret clearance is mandatory.
