We are seeking an experienced Digital Technology Architect and ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the organization's ServiceNow platform.

The role requires a strong technical expertise in web technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript) and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog items, integrations, and scripting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This is a direct hire opportunity that requires collaboration across technical and business functions, demonstrating strategic thinking and stakeholder alignment. Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in web technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript)
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including workflows, catalog items, integrations, and scripting
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
