ITSM Strategy and Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management (ITSM) team, you will be responsible for guiding our ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. You will contribute to our ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with remote teams and clients as an independent contributor. Responsibilities also include designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards in the ServiceNow platform, configuring ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business requirements, administering ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations, developing scoped applications and a service portal within the ServiceNow environment, and providing subject matter expertise-based additional support.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of work history. Additionally, you must have at least 8 years of overall IT experience, 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles, thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system, experience with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML, familiarity with REST and SOAP services, understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL certification, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude, and ServiceNow Administrator Certification. An active Secret clearance is also required.
