Senior Software Developer - ServiceNow Expert

Lead ServiceNow Developers are responsible for consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning. They analyze complex multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

This role requires strong collaboration and consultation skills to resolve complex situations. A solid understanding of software engineering principles policies procedures and compliance requirements is necessary to meet deliverables.

• Expertise in software engineering
• ServiceNow development experience particularly Service Catalog module
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Business rules Scripting and application development
• Integration and API development
• Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process
• Report Analytics Workspace Survey ITSM CMDB and other SN modules

Preferably candidates have experience in APIGEE ESGA Ansible Amelia or other orchestration and interface tools and hold SN CSA Certified designation.
