Key Requirements:

• A good understanding of DevOps change velocity data collection from planning, coding, testing, and orchestration tool chains to provide visibility across the entire software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to create change requests automatically from CI/CD pipelines and approve them based on change policies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.
• Strong technical and platform knowledge, with hands-on experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting application issues.
