Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support our US Coast Guard program. This role will be fully remote.

  • You will lead IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will contribute IT service management-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
  • You will design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
  • You will design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
  • You will administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
  • You will design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal.
  • You will provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.

Qualifications

You must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
  • A thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
  • Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
  • An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
  • Certified System Administrator.
