ServiceNow Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow engineer to join our technology organization.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage platform health, monitoring performance, and maintaining integration points.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
