Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support our US Coast Guard program. About the Role:

• This position will be fully remote, providing flexibility and convenience. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ITSM strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute expert recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to enhance business insights.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow settings.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on system administration.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and its applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• A strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications:
• BS Computer Science degree preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
