We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
  • Contribute to platform upgrades and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of recent practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred; ServiceNow certifications desired.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with stakeholders and technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
