ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, events, and alert rules.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow engineering and development standards.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, service portals, service catalogs, catalog items, and reconfigure services.
• Manage and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certifications.
• Good understanding of Shopping Hub and Source-to-Pay common architecture modules.
• Strong scripting skills in Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• Experience with REST APIs, REST Messages, and Data Exports.
• Familiarity with MID Servers.
