Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise systems.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients to understand their complex needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large enterprise systems, with at least 3 years of direct ServiceNow management experience focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM. They will also hold current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and one or more of the following: CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Third-party Risk Management, or CIS - Vulnerability Response.

Additional qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience, and completion of at least 2 full ServiceNow implementations.
