Job Summary

We are seeking a technical expert to join our team and develop solutions using the ServiceNow framework.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements within the platform or suggest alternative platforms
  • Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new technologies
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, addressing critical issues with ServiceNow support and other technical teams
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM)
