ServiceNow Architect/Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect/Developer to lead the implementation, maintenance and configuration of our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as experience with ServiceNow platform customization, workflow management and system notifications. • Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
