We seek an experienced Servicenow professional to take charge of our platform's development and maintenance.

• Direct the development team to create complex functionalities and proof-of-concepts.
• Create client-centric strategies and technical frameworks.
• Develop and design innovative software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Deliver hands-on development services.
• Create software components based on business needs.
• Define and document software functionality according to business requirements. Main Tasks:
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, analyze gaps, and plan deployments in line with IT service management processes.
• Configure and tailor Servicenow apps, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom development using the built-in engine.
• Offer technical direction, personal development, and long-term system upkeep in accordance with Servicenow best practices.
• Resolve deployment problems, keep upgrade testing procedures up to date, and ensure that the system runs at its best.
