ServiceNow Expert Solutions Architect

As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
• Design and implement scalable, flexible and easy-to-maintain solutions including leading proofs of concept for new technologies
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions
