ServiceNow Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow engineer to join our digital operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of recent practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
