Experienced ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration, as well as experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

The job requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration, as well as the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.

• Implement ServiceNow configurations to meet client needs
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration
• Advanced skill in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, including architecture experience
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
• ServiceNow Custom Reporting, Performance Analytics, and Dashboarding experience
• Strong ITIL methodology competency
• Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization
