ServiceNow Platform Lead

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect/Developer

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within an organization. This requires a deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as experience with ServiceNow platform customization, implementation, configuring workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance.

This position will also be responsible for coordinating with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders, and presenting use cases and providing expert guidance on implementing the solution.
