We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our ServiceNow team. As a ServiceNow Lead Engineer I, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and developing solutions to meet business needs and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices;
- Manage platform health, monitoring performance, and maintaining integration points;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions; Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent practical experience developing, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment;
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API);
