ServiceNow Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive plan to manage hardware assets across the organization, leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Create a long-term strategy for Hardware Asset Management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Design and implement scalable and secure HAM solutions that cover the entire hardware asset lifecycle.
• Migrate complex business needs into detailed architectural designs and technical specifications for ServiceNow HAM.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in ServiceNow HAM module.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, tailored for hardware assets.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow HAM and other systems.
• Familiarity with the entire hardware asset lifecycle, from planning to disposal.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal and Scripting (JavaScript).
