We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Lead Engineer I. Job Description
This position involves leading and executing support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules. The successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Lead and execute support and enhancement requests across all ServiceNow products/modules;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions;
- Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices to meet business needs and drive process improvements; Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent practical experience developing, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment;
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred; Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required;
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred;
- Minimum one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a major module such as IT Service Management (ITSM), HR, Customer Service Management (CSM), or SecOps is preferred; Benefits
