Job Overview:

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or implementation. They should possess relevant consulting experience with a technical background and hold certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Customer Service Management (CSM), Public Sector Digital Services Suite (PSDS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and/or Now Assist for CSM Pro Plus Suite. A graduate degree is not required but is a plus. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within established timelines. Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects from planning to successful completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and configurations.
  • Work with designers to create user-friendly interfaces that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
