Must-Haves

1 Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience.

2 Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns. Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.).

3 Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow platform configuration.

4 Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM.

5 Ability to create technical documentation and solution design specifications
