ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Architect/Developer will lead the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.

This role requires experience with ServiceNow platform, including customization, implementation, configuring workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance. The position also requires proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting, as well as experience with key integration technologies. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB, is critical. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations, including version upgrades and project scoping. Additionally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate experience using the App Engine Management Center and have functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients.
