ServiceNow ITOM Consultant Role

This ServiceNow ITOM Consultant position involves working with Service Now Discovery, Orchestration, and Automation tools. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in IT service management and be proficient in using these tools.

• Provide consulting services to clients on Service Now ITOM implementation and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Service Now ITOM features and functionality

The selected candidate will work from a remote location and participate in regular video calls with the client team.
