• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM and CAM modules
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Customize UI and automate processes using ServiceNow scripting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture

• ServiceNow Platform Development Experience
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM Experience
• ServiceNow CAD
• ServiceNow CSA
• Knowledge and understanding of the Federal ATO process
• Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, IRM Implementation Specialist, or CAM Implementation Specialist Expected Deliverables
• Build User stories and update sets
• Input into monthly status reports
