Required Skills & Experience
- 8 10 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years working specifically with ServiceNow.
 - Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
 - Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and enterprise service delivery processes.
 - Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and leading Agile/Scrum teams.
 - Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules:
 - ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB)
 - ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
 - ITBM (Demand, Project, Portfolio Management)
 - HRSD or CSM (nice to have)
 - Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP APIs) and CMDB data models.
 - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
 - Experience working in regulated or healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHI handling) is highly preferred.
