Our client is looking to bring on a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a contractual capacity. This role is hybrid in nature and work must be done on a W2 basis.
Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
 - In-depth functional and technical expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM suite, including:
 - Incident Management
 - Problem Management
 - Change Management
 - Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment
 - Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
 - Knowledge Management
 - Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
 - Demonstrated success working within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
 - Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
 - ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4).
 - Experience with additional ServiceNow modules, such as:
 - Customer Service Management (CSM)
 - Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
 - IT Operations Management (ITOM)
 - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
 - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including the creation of performance dashboards within ServiceNow.
 - Hands-on experience with scripting and basic configuration in ServiceNow (e.g., workflows, UI policies, business rules).
