They are seeking a Tech Analyst (ServiceNow) to provide platform administration and development in support of a government contract, ensuring platform stability and usability while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ServiceNow platform administration and development in support of the client program.
  • Perform configuration, scripting, and coding in alignment with ServiceNow and the client's best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow functionality to ensure platform stability, scalability, and usability.
  • Support ServiceNow tool integrations with other systems and environments.
  • Manage user access, data administration, and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement activities.
  • Provide consulting support, including client communications, operational support, and incident management through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles related to ServiceNow operations and C-SCRM functions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across the broader engagement team.
  • Collaborate closely with the client and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission and compliance objectives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Possess a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential demonstrating proficiency in platform administration and development.
  • Demonstrated experience applying ITIL or IT Service Management principles to improve service delivery, workflow automation, and incident resolution.
  • Skilled in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer for ServiceNow customization, automation, and system integrations.
