ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead
As a ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the configuration item (CI) data is properly maintained and available when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement CI data governance processes and procedures
 - Ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and target metrics are established and met
 - Proactively identify CI classes, attributes, and relationship types that are required
 - Evaluate enhancement requests and identify appropriate solutions
 
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree
 - ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery experience
 - Experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security database design schemas, and data modeling
 - Requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies expertise
 
Work Environment: This is a remote work opportunity within the United States.
