ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead

As a ServiceNow CMDB Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the configuration item (CI) data is properly maintained and available when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and implement CI data governance processes and procedures
  • Ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and target metrics are established and met
  • Proactively identify CI classes, attributes, and relationship types that are required
  • Evaluate enhancement requests and identify appropriate solutions

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree
  • ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security database design schemas, and data modeling
  • Requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies expertise

Work Environment: This is a remote work opportunity within the United States.
