Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

The primary function of this role is to provide administration and support for multiple ServiceNow instances. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, including ITSM, Health/Safety, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of multiple self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances in a Linux environment.
  • Configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow modules.
  • Development and support of low-code/no-code RESTful APIs.
  • Troubleshooting platform and Linux-related issues.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, documented workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, covering Incident, Change, Asset, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Basic development understanding and API familiarity.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, or MariaDB databases.
  • On-premise ServiceNow experience.

Work Environment:

  • Sedentary work involving prolonged sitting or stationary periods.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
