ServiceNow Technical Lead Role
The ServiceNow Technical Lead oversees the strategy and execution of the organization's ServiceNow implementation.
They will ensure that the solution design is aligned with business objectives, lead the development and admin team to deliver high-quality results, certify the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development, build and drive high-performing relationships with strategic development partners, and advise on solution integration with other key platforms across the organization.
Additionally, they will perform actual development, stay current on the vendor's solution capabilities and product roadmap, and maintain the organizational roadmap for the solution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, including architecture, development, configuration, and platform security, as well as experience working with tools and applications such as BigFix, Bomgar, Rapid7, Workday, etc.
They will possess excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts, and demonstrate exceptional problem identification and resolution skills.
