Overview
Join Crowe as a Senior Consultant for ServiceNow Implementation! We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our dynamic ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This is a prime opportunity for someone with strong ServiceNow expertise who is eager to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and engage in business development initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, taking charge of solution delivery from design through implementation while playing an essential role in the growth of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive client projects across various ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps), ensuring exceptional delivery quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and managing project expectations.
- Convert complex business needs into scalable, impactful ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and design sessions with clients to steer solution direction.
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications while overseeing the execution by junior team members.
- Conduct compelling sales demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting ServiceNow capabilities and Crowe's innovative approach.
- Assist in developing proposals, creating Statements of Work (SOW), and participating in pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and train junior staff, helping them grow both technically and in consulting skills.
- Contribute to our internal best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance delivery quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and initiatives to strengthen our practice.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Proven ability to independently manage client projects and contribute to business development efforts.
- A strong history of delivering effective ServiceNow solutions that address client needs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
- One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Compensation
The compensation for this role considers a variety of factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $74,100 - $147,800 per year.
