The ServiceNow Partner Design Studio seeks a Senior Experience Architect with a passion for innovation and co-creation. This role champions human-centered design in partner-branded solutions using an AI-first approach. Responsibilities

• Ai-First Experience Design Lead: Use generative and predictive tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping across partner engagements.
• Experience Strategy & Co-Creation: Guide partners through the end-to-end design journey from insight to activation.
• Human-Centered Workshops: Facilitate collaborative sessions that merge design thinking and ai-enabled research.
• Platform Storytelling: Translate insights into clear narratives and visual frameworks that articulate the 'why' and 'how' of an experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have 7+ years of UX strategy or service design experience and a proven track record of facilitating design workshops.
