A company seeks a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to provide subject matter expertise and technical product advocacy for the platform.

• Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes and management modules within ServiceNow.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions, proposing efficient and cost-effective recommendations.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, incorporating knowledge of technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Propose data model and design changes with consideration for industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ITSM modules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry-standard technologies and practices.
