Job Description

A company is looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant - AI Trainer with key responsibilities including reviewing pre-generated intents, defining test cases, and creating optimal sequences of tools.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow administration/configuration, and advanced level of English (C1) or above.

• Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps
• Define test cases including dialogue flow and agent responses
• Create optimal sequences of tools for agent invocation and write User Agent instructions
