Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise and act as a technical product advocate for the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes and various management modules within ServiceNow.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions, proposing efficient and cost-effective recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ITSM modules.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Experience in proposing data model and design changes.
