ServiceNow Platform Administrator

The company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage ServiceNow instances and resolve help desk tickets.

  • Upgrade and maintain ServiceNow instances, including testing and bug fixes
  • Configure ServiceNow instances and manage integrations, security, and user access
  • Resolve help desk tickets and adhere to internal standards and procedures

Required qualifications include:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active ServiceNow CSA certification
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow systems administration
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and experience in an Agile environment

This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow and excellent problem-solving skills.
