Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of our technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of client outcomes with outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on solution implementation, including guidelines, guardrails, and direction.
• Support presales efforts and review statements of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of ServiceNow development and/or solution architecture experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Ability to work onsite in Lorton, VA.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
