Freelance ServiceNow Consultant - AI Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Freelance ServiceNow Consultant - AI Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for transforming pre-generated intents into logical sequences of agent steps.

• Review pre-generated intents and transform them into logical sequences of agent steps.
• Define test cases including dialogue flow and agent responses.
• Create optimal sequences of tools for agent invocation and write User Agent instructions. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant area.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow administration/configuration.
• Experience in setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation.
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above.
• Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly.
