A company is looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to upgrade and maintain ServiceNow instances, configure integrations, security, and user access, resolve help desk tickets, and adhere to internal standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade and maintain ServiceNow instances, including testing and bug fixes
- Configure ServiceNow instances and manage integrations, security, and user access
- Resolve help desk tickets and adhere to internal standards and procedures Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active ServiceNow CSA certification
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow systems administration
- Experience with system upgrades, software migrations, and configuring mid-servers
- Familiarity with JavaScript and experience in an Agile environment
