ServiceNow Program Manager Job Description

Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage comprehensive program plans and timelines for ServiceNow projects.

  • Lead the program lifecycle from initiation to post-go-live transition, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage program governance, and communicate program status and updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in program management, particularly with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its applications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the ServiceNow platform.
