A leading company is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow/Workday Connectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical SME for ServiceNow and Workday connectors within the FastTrack program.
• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices for integrating connectors with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance connector performance, reliability, and feature capabilities. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Workday integration.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms or extensibility frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI workflows is preferred.
