We seek an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our growing Cloud Solutions team. This role demands strong ServiceNow expertise and leadership skills to lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and contribute to business development activities.

• Lead complex ServiceNow projects across various applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
• Transform business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Organize workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction.
• Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications while supervising junior team members.
• Present ServiceNow capabilities and our approach to prospective clients.
• Collaborate on proposals, SOWs, and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor and train junior staff, enhancing their technical and consulting skills.
• Develop and share knowledge to improve delivery quality. About You
• Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, and more.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and guide junior staff.
