Key Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-based environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
