ServiceNow/Workday Connector SME

As a technical Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as the go-to person for all things related to ServiceNow and Workday connectors within our FastTrack program. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices for integrating connectors with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance connector performance, reliability, and feature capabilities. Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow or Workday integration.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms or extensibility frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI workflows is preferred.

This role involves working with complex systems and technologies, so excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
