We’re recruiting for a Technical Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow to join a global technology leader based in Reston, Virginia. This hybrid role requires working onsite two days per week at the company’s Reston office, with the remaining days remote. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be open to relocating within the U.S.

The Technical Business Systems Analyst will enhance and support the company’s ServiceNow platform along with related audit, compliance, and inventory systems. What You’ll Do
- Design and implement ServiceNow enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SaaS and COTS solutions and streamline processes.
- Manage discovery and integration infrastructure (ServiceNow, UCMDB, Flexera) to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop RESTful APIs, Linux scripts, and database integrations to support automation and system efficiency.
- Apply analytical and architectural thinking to build scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
- Maintain strong documentation and clear communication with project teams and leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Change, Asset, or GRC.
- Background in IT Asset or Software Asset Management (SAM/ITAM).
- Working knowledge of RESTful web services, Linux, scripting, and audit or compliance platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
- Understanding of virtualization or containerization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
