Keywords : HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CSDM, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Discovery Service Mapping ● Expertise in implementation/support of integration with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management ● Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and security teams to improve HAM,SAM activities with broader IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives. ● SAM Pro Specific Skills ○ Configure and maintain the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including software models, discovery models, entitlements, and license metrics. ○ Execute regular reconciliation processes comparing discovered software installations with purchased licenses (entitlements) to determine the effective license position (ELP). ○ Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (e.g., SCCM, Discovery) ● HAM Pro Specific Skills ○ Develop and implement strategies and automate processes for hardware acquisition, receipt, deployment, maintenance, and secure disposal, ensuring compliance with ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) standards. ○ Ensure HAM data integrity within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), leveraging ServiceNow Discovery and other integrations to populate CI data automatically. ● Experience of developing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware ● Experience building integration with procurement systems - Coupa and Zip ● Experience on Integration technologies such as Web Services, SOAP, HTTP, MID Server. ● Experience: 10 + to 15 +
