ServiceNow Administrator Role

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. This includes ensuring the stable and secure operation of the platform through regular system checks, performance monitoring, patching, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the stable and secure operation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure new ServiceNow modules and integrations with third-party systems.
• Development & Automation: Design and develop ServiceNow components, workflows, and automations to enhance usability and operational efficiency.
• Incident, Problem & Change Management: Handle 2nd-level support for ServiceNow-related incidents and problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration within enterprise IT environments.
• Certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
