Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Description

A company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions using various ServiceNow components.

• Configure and customize core ITSM applications and support other modules as needed.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in computer programming, systems analysis, or related field, or five years of relevant experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow data models.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes and workflows in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps model.
